§ 17:29A-40 — Inexperienced operator classification; producer commission
New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
No producer commission shall be paid on the additional premium generated by an inexperienced operator classification. L.1983, c. 65, s. 11, eff. Jan. 1, 1983, operative Jan. 1, 1984.
