§ 17:29-11 — Substitution of policies; charges prohibited; exception
New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
No lender or other legal entity servicing mortgages shall make in connection with any mortgage loan any charge for the substitution of an insurance policy or policies except as may be permitted by regulation of the Commissioner of Banking and Insurance. L.1965, c. 27, s. 1.
