§ 17:12B-83 — Applicability to moneys paid to account by trustee under will, other fiduciary instrument, court order or decree
New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
Section 82 of this act shall not apply to the moneys paid to an account by a trustee acting under a will, other fiduciary instrument, court order or decree. L.1963, c. 144, s. 83.
