§ 17:12B-1 — Construction as revision of prior laws
New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
This act shall be construed as a revision of, and shall supersede, all provisions of the "Savings and Loan Act," approved April 4, 1946 (P.L.1946, c. 56), including all amendments thereof and supplements thereto. L.1963, c. 144, s.
