§ 17:12B-116 — Quorum

New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
The by-laws may prescribe the number of members which shall constitute a quorum at a meeting. In the absence of any provision in the by-laws, any number of members present at any meeting shall constitute a quorum. L.1963, c. 144, s. 116.
