§ 17:12B-74 — Membership generally

New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
The members of a State association shall be those in whose names accounts are established either as savings members or as borrowing members. Except as limited by the provisions of this act, or the by-laws of a State association, or its board, any person may become a member of a State association. L.1963, c. 144, s. 74.
