§ 17:12B-66 — Officers' powers

New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
Each officer in addition to such powers and duties as usually pertain to his office shall have such powers and duties as the by-laws may provide and as may be delegated to him by the board. L.1963, c. 144, s. 66.
