§ 17:12B-65 — Officers
New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
65.The officers of every State association shall be a president, one or more vice presidents, a secretary and a treasurer and may include a chairman of the board if the bylaws so provide, together with such other officers as provided by the bylaws or as determined by the board to be necessary for the conduct of the State association's business. All officers shall be savings members or savings depositors, as the case may be, of the State association. They shall be elected by the board or may be appointed by the president if the authority to appoint officers other than the president or chairman of the board has been delegated to the president by the bylaws or by resolution of the board, unless the bylaws provide for their election by the members or stockholders of the State association.
