Text
Notwithstanding any other provisions of this act, a State association, with the approval of the commissioner, may adopt any plan for retirement or disability benefits for its officers or employees in accordance with any plan sponsored by any Federal Home Loan Bank of which it is a member. L.1963, c. 144, s. 58.
