§ 17:12B-53 — Determination of amount; specification in pension plan
New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
No State association shall pay or contract for the payment or adopt a plan providing for the payment of any annual pension payment unless the method of determining the amount of the pension payment is specified in the pension plan. L.1963, c. 144, s.
