§ 17:12B-52 — Eligibility for pension payments
New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
An officer or employee shall be eligible to begin to receive pension payments at such age and following such period of service as shall be specified in the pension plan of the association. L.1963, c. 144, s.
