§ 17:12B-36 — Measurement of distances
New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
For the purposes of this act, distances shall be measured along a straight line drawn between the center point of the main entrance of the principal office or branch office of an association and the center point of the main entrance of the auxiliary office. L.1963, c. 144, s. 36.
