§ 17:12B-288 — Insurance required for charter

New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
No state association shall be granted a charter by the commissioner on or after the effective date of this act, unless the state association has obtained a commitment for insurance of its accounts by the Federal Savings and Loan Insurance Corporation. L. 1987, c. 225, s. 8.
