§ 17:12B-285 — Fees
New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
The following fees shall be paid to the commissioner for the use of the State. The fees shall be in the minimum amount indicated or in such amount as provided by regulation of the commissioner, which amount shall not exceed the maximum amount provided below: Minimum Maximum a. Filings pursuant to subsection a. of section 2 of this act, per item filed ...... $50.00 $100.00 b. Filings pursuant to subsection b. of section 2 of this act, per item filed ...... $50.00 $100.00 c. Notice pursuant to subsection a. of section 4 of this act ...... $625.00 $2,500.00 d. Request for hearing pursuant to subsection d. of section 4 of this act ...... $625.00 $2,500.00 e. Report required by subjection j. of section 4 of this act ...... $50.00 $100.00 f. Additional report required by subsection k. of section
