Text
The Superior Court shall have full and complete jurisdiction of associations in liquidation and their trustees, and of all matters and questions arising or growing out of liquidation, and may make such orders and judgments with respect thereto as shall be equitable and just. The court may allow reasonable compensation to the trustees for their services and costs and expenses of the administration of the trust. L.1963, c. 144, s. 240.
