Text

The association shall give public notice that all persons having claims against it, shall present them under oath, at the association's office, within 3 months from the date of such notice, or be barred, forever after, from any action therefor. Such notice shall be advertised at least once each week for 12 successive weeks, in at least 2 newspapers published in the county in which the association has its principal office, and shall bear the date of the day of the first publication. Within 10 days after the date of such notice a copy thereof shall be mailed to each of the association's creditors addressed to his last known post-office address.
