§ 17:12B-227 — Payment of commissioner's expenses

New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
The necessary expenses incurred by the commissioner in carrying out the provisions of this act, when not otherwise provided for, shall be paid out of the fees collected as herein provided. L.1963, c. 144, s. 227.
