226. A. Every State association shall pay to the commissioner for the use of the State a fee, to be prescribed by the commissioner by regulation in an amount not less than or not more than, the following minimum and maximum amounts: Minimum Maximum (1) Annual report orcertificates where required $50.00 $100.00 (2) Dissolution proceedings 250.00 1,500.00 (3) Any new corporation filing:
(a)mutual association 5,000.00 10,000.00 (b) stock association 10,000.00 20,000.00 (4) Any proceeding under section 204 of P.L.1963, c.144 (C.17:12B-204), pertaining to bulk sales 500.00 1,500.00 (5) Any proceeding under section 198 of P.L.1963,c.144 (C.17:12B-198), pertaining to mergers, per association 1,500.00 4,000.00 (6) Any application for a branch office, except that no fee shall be paid under this pa
