§ 17:12B-217 — Terminating insurance
New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
No such State association shall terminate such insurance except after 30 days' prior written notice thereof to the commissioner, unless the commissioner shall have waived such notice in writing. L.1963, c. 144, s. 217.
