Text

Each such corporation or its board may institute an action in the Superior Court for instructions with respect to any matter pertaining to the liquidation of its assets, the distribution of the proceeds thereof, and the settlement of its affairs. The court may proceed in a summary manner or otherwise to hear and determine the matters presented to it and make such order or enter such judgment as shall be equitable and just. No such action for instructions shall confer upon the court general jurisdiction over the affairs of such corporation. L.1963, c. 144, s. 211.
