Text
If the corporation disputes all or any part of any claim which is duly presented to it, and gives written notice of such dispute to the claimant, his attorney, or agent, such claimant shall institute an action thereon within 30 days from the receipt of such notice or his claim shall thereafter be barred. L.1963, c. 144, s. 209.
