Text
The liquidating corporation shall give public notice that all persons having claims against any association whose assets have been transferred shall present such claims under oath at the corporation's office within 3 months of the date of such notice or be barred, forever after, from any action therefor. Such notice shall be advertised at least once each week for 12 successive weeks in at least 2 newspapers published in the county in which each such association has its principal office and shall bear the date of the day of the first publication. Within 10 days after date of such notice, a copy thereof shall be mailed to each creditor or other person who is known to have any claim against such association, addressed to his last known post-office address.
