§ 17:12B-20 — Commissioner's findings as to mutual association application

New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE

If the commissioner shall find that:

(a)the establishment of such State association is in the public interest; and (b) will be of benefit to the area proposed to be served; and (c) may be established without undue injury to any other association in the area in which it is proposed to locate such State association; and (d) the State association will have a reasonable prospect of success; and (e) the character, responsibility and general fitness of the incorporators are such as to command confidence and warrant belief that the business of the State association will be honestly and efficiently conducted; and (f) the agreement with respect to the guaranty account has been executed in accordance with law, and that compliance therewith is guaranteed to his satisfaction; and (g) the name propose
