Text
A person who shall willfully and corruptly testify falsely to a material matter, upon oath or affirmation administered by the commissioner or examiner upon such investigation or inquiry, or in regard to a report made to the commissioner, shall be guilty of perjury and be punished accordingly. L.1963, c. 144, s. 174.
