Text
Any Federal association may charge in connection with any loan, as interest, discount, premium, late charge or any other charge, any amount which may be permitted by law to be charged by a State association or may be permitted to be charged by Federal laws, rules or regulations applying to such Federal association, and any such charge shall not be deemed to be usurious. L.1963, c. 144, s. 164.
