§ 17:12B-137 — Association operating under other than Plan I; payment on presentation of withdrawal application; other procedure
New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
Any State association operating on any plan other than Plan I, as defined in section 76 of this act, may pay the amount requested in the withdrawal application when presented, or may pay such withdrawals in the manner provided in sections 138 and 139 of this act. L.1963, c. 144, s. 137.
