§ 17:12B-135 — Cancellation of withdrawal application
New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
Any withdrawal application may be canceled, in whole or in part, at the written request of the withdrawing member, with the consent of the State association, upon such reasonable terms as such State association may impose. L.1963, c. 144, s. 135.
