§ 17:12B-134 — Application for withdrawal
New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
Any member may, at any time, file with his State association a written application for payment of all or any part of the withdrawal value of any account standing in his name, whether or not such account has matured. L.1963, c. 144, s. 134.
