Text
The procedure, set forth in sections 118 through 124 of this act, for obtaining information by a member or enabling a member to communicate with other members of a State association shall be exclusive; but the action of the commissioner shall be subject to review in the Superior Court in a proceeding in lieu of prerogative writ. The commissioner's failure to act within the periods limited by this section shall be deemed to be a final order denying the application. L.1963, c. 144, s. 125.
