Text

The commissioner shall, within 30 days from the date such application is presented to him, designate a time and place for a hearing upon such application, and give at least 10 days' written notice thereof, which may be sent by certified mail, to the State association and the applicant. The commissioner may grant reasonable adjournments of such hearing. L.1963, c. 144, s. 122.
