Text

(1)If the State association fails to grant any application submitted pursuant to the provisions of section 118 of this act within 10 days after receipt by it of said application, the applicant may, within an additional 10-day period, apply to the commissioner for an order requiring the State association to do so.
(2)The application to the commissioner shall be in writing. It shall contain, or have attached thereto, a true copy of the application which was filed with the State association and shall state the date of such filing. Within 5 days after presenting said application to the commissioner, the applicant shall serve a true copy thereof upon the State association. L.1963, c. 144, s. 121.
