§ 17:12B-119 — Costs and expenses incidental to application for information; payment by applicant
New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
If the application is for information, and if the State association grants the application, the State association may require the applicant to pay the costs and expenses, if any, involved in compiling such information before the same is delivered to the applicant. L.1963, c. 144, s. 119.
