§ 16:10A-7 — Powers
New Jersey·Title 16 CORPORATIONS AND ASSOCIATIONS, RELIGIOUS
An incorporated local church of, or other incorporated organization connected with, The United Methodist Church shall have such powers as may be granted to and provided for a religious corporation under the laws of this State. L.1968, c. 235, s. 6, eff. July 31, 1968.
