6.In addition to all other powers granted to the trust in this act, the trust shall have power: a. To sue and be sued; b. To have an official seal and alter it at the trust's pleasure; c. To make and alter bylaws for its organization and internal management and rules and regulations for the conduct of its affairs and business; d. To maintain an office at a place or places within the State as it may determine, and acquire, own, lease as lessee or lessor, hold, use, sell, transfer, or dispose of real or personal property for that purpose; e. To acquire, hold, use and dispose of its income, revenues, funds and moneys; f. To borrow money and to issue its bonds, notes or other obligations and to secure them by its revenues or other funds and otherwise to provide for and secure the payment ther
