22.
a.The State Auditor shall conduct audits of the expenditures from the Garden State Green Acres Preservation Trust Fund, the Garden State Farmland Preservation Trust Fund, and the Garden State Historic Preservation Trust Fund as necessary to determine from time to time whether moneys from those funds have been expended for costs consistent with Article VIII, Section II, paragraph 7 of the State Constitution, this act, any appropriations of those moneys made by the Legislature, and any requirements established therefor by the trust.
