§ 13:8C-10 — Immunity from personal liability
New Jersey·Title 13 CONSERVATION AND DEVELOPMENT--PARKS AND RESERVATIONS
10.Neither the members of the trust nor any person executing bonds, notes or other obligations issued pursuant to this act shall be liable personally on the bonds, notes or other obligations by reason of the issuance thereof. L.1999,c.152,s.10.
