§ 13:8C-15 — Annual fiscal report to Governor, Legislature; audits
New Jersey·Title 13 CONSERVATION AND DEVELOPMENT--PARKS AND RESERVATIONS
15.On or before the first day of September in each year, commencing with the calendar year after the date of enactment of this act, the trust shall make an annual report of its activities for the preceding State fiscal year to the Governor and to the Legislature, in addition to responding to other requests made by the Legislature from time to time. The report shall set forth a complete operating and financial statement covering its operations during the year, a long range financing plan for the next five years and a more specific short range financing plan for the next year with respect to providing the funding necessary to achieve the goals and objectives of this act, and a summary of the progress made to date on achieving those goals and objectives.
