New Jersey·Title 13 CONSERVATION AND DEVELOPMENT--PARKS AND RESERVATIONS
This act shall be liberally construed to effectuate the purpose and intent thereof. L.1971, c. 418, s. 22, eff. Jan. 24, 1972.
