§ 13:1G-15 — Judicial review
New Jersey·Title 13 CONSERVATION AND DEVELOPMENT--PARKS AND RESERVATIONS
Review of any final decision or action by the department or review of the validity of any code, rule or regulation of the department shall be in accordance with the rules of court. L.1971, c. 418, s. 15, eff. Jan. 24, 1972.
