§ 13:1G-19 — Consultation by commissioner with council on proposed code, rule or regulation
New Jersey·Title 13 CONSERVATION AND DEVELOPMENT--PARKS AND RESERVATIONS
The commissioner shall consult with the council to afford them an opportunity to express their opinion concerning any proposed code, rule or regulation at least 30 days prior to the public advertisement thereof. L.1971, c. 418, s. 19, eff. Jan. 24, 1972.
