Text

The powers, duties and functions vested in State Government under the provisions of this act shall not be construed to limit in any manner the powers, duties and functions vested therein or in any person under any other provision of law or any civil or criminal remedies now or hereafter available to any person related to community noise control. L.1971, c. 418, s. 20, eff. Jan. 24, 1972.
