5.It shall be the sole purpose of the trust established pursuant to this act to: a. Provide funding to the Department of Environmental Protection, the State Agriculture Development Committee, and the New Jersey Historic Trust for all or a portion of the cost of projects undertaken by those entities or by grant or loan recipients in accordance with the purposes and procedures established by Article VIII, Section II, paragraph 7 of the State Constitution and this act; and b. Perform such other duties and responsibilities as authorized pursuant to this act or any other law. L.1999,c.152,s.5.
