§ 7:39 — To County Commissioners
New Hampshire·Title I THE STATE AND ITS GOVERNMENT·Ch. 7 ATTORNEYS GENERAL, DIRECTOR OF CHARITABLE TRUSTS, AND COUNTY ATTORNEYS·Subdivision Reports
The county attorney at the close of each term of court shall transmit to the county commissioners a list of all civil actions pending at the term in favor of or against the county, with the names of the parties, the nature and amount of the claims and the progress made in each case; and for neglect to make such return he shall be fined $20.
