§ 7:10 — Direction by Public Utilities Commission

New Hampshire·Title I THE STATE AND ITS GOVERNMENT·Ch. 7 ATTORNEYS GENERAL, DIRECTOR OF CHARITABLE TRUSTS, AND COUNTY ATTORNEYS·Subdivision The Attorney General
The public utilities commission may, in any action or proceeding before it, represent to the attorney general that he should appear to protect the interests of the people of the state or of any subdivision thereof, and thereupon it shall be his duty to appear.
