§ 7:17 — Duties
New Hampshire·Title I THE STATE AND ITS GOVERNMENT·Ch. 7 ATTORNEYS GENERAL, DIRECTOR OF CHARITABLE TRUSTS, AND COUNTY ATTORNEYS·Subdivision Assistant Attorneys General
The attorney general shall direct the work of his department but may assign such of his duties to the deputy and assistant attorneys general as he may deem advisable and in the interest of the public welfare.
