§ 7:15 — Incapacity
New Hampshire·Title I THE STATE AND ITS GOVERNMENT·Ch. 7 ATTORNEYS GENERAL, DIRECTOR OF CHARITABLE TRUSTS, AND COUNTY ATTORNEYS·Subdivision The Attorney General
If the attorney general shall become incapacitated to perform his duties, the governor and council shall appoint an acting attorney general, who shall serve during such incapacity and be paid a reasonable compensation for his services and expenses.
