§ 7:36 — Expenses; Payment
New Hampshire·Title I THE STATE AND ITS GOVERNMENT·Ch. 7 ATTORNEYS GENERAL, DIRECTOR OF CHARITABLE TRUSTS, AND COUNTY ATTORNEYS·Subdivision County Attorneys
The county attorneys are entitled to their actual expenses incurred in the discharge of their official duties. They shall be paid monthly for their salaries and expenses. They shall submit their expense accounts to a justice of the superior court for his approval before the accounts may be paid.
