§ 7:34-g — Private Practice Prohibited; Coos County

New Hampshire·Title I THE STATE AND ITS GOVERNMENT·Ch. 7 ATTORNEYS GENERAL, DIRECTOR OF CHARITABLE TRUSTS, AND COUNTY ATTORNEYS·Subdivision County Attorneys
The Coos county attorney shall not directly or indirectly engage in the private practice of law or accept any fees or compensation other than his or her official salary for any legal services. Private practice of law does not include the provision of legal services without charge to the members of the county attorney's family, when the provision of these services does not conflict with his or her official duties.
