§ 7:34-c — Private Practice Restricted; Belknap County
New Hampshire·Title I THE STATE AND ITS GOVERNMENT·Ch. 7 ATTORNEYS GENERAL, DIRECTOR OF CHARITABLE TRUSTS, AND COUNTY ATTORNEYS·Subdivision County Attorneys
The Belknap county attorney shall not directly or indirectly engage in the private practice of criminal law or accept any fees or compensation other than his official salary for any legal services in the field of criminal law. He may engage in the private practice of civil law.
