§ 7:34-a — Private Practice Prohibited; Rockingham County

New Hampshire·Title I THE STATE AND ITS GOVERNMENT·Ch. 7 ATTORNEYS GENERAL, DIRECTOR OF CHARITABLE TRUSTS, AND COUNTY ATTORNEYS·Subdivision County Attorneys
The Rockingham county attorney shall not directly or indirectly engage in the private practice of law, nor shall he accept any fees or emoluments other than his official salary for any legal services. Private practice of law shall not include the provision of legal services without charge to the members of the county attorney's family when the same shall not conflict with the county attorney's official duties.
